Several years ago, my future wife (at the time) and I discovered this wonderfully complex and simple chicken dish. It was rich fancy (to us at the time) and took 3 hours to cook. We haven’t had this dish in a few years (due to the 3 hours). We had some friends over last night [...]

That’s right. I said it. I had my first grill out of the year. While it wasn’t very appetizing, it was still a grill out. The earlier I can warm up my grilling skills for the year the better.
No, this isn’t an entry about anything Polish. That’s just the name of the recipe.

So Last night was taco night. Believe it or not, it was my first time making tacos. I’m surprized I haven’t tackled them before. I was very surprized how easy it was: Brown Meat, add seasoning and serve. With only two of these we have left overs. Any one want some?
My fie is back in town which mean I get to cook again. It isn’t any fun cooking for myself. Since she is still pregnant, I have to have all dishes approved. She selected a Creamy Tomato Tortellini. It’s a very simple dish that takes 20 minutes form gathering ingredients to the plate. It’s not [...]
